If mailing your registration please fully complete the above form along with a Check (make checks payable to the YMCA) and send it to: Turkey Day Run-Downtown YMCA, 119 Washington St, Watertown, NY 13601 (315)782-3100.
WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR REGISTRATION NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 22.
If your registration is incomplete you will be automatically registered in the run/walk (because it is not an age/gender specific event). If you do not mark a t-shirt size you will automatically receive a large. You will have the opportunity to correct your registration on race day only, but you will need to wait in line with race day registrants. T-shirt size changes will be first come first serve. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and thank you for helping make this event run as smoothly as possible.

Pre-Registration:

Begins on Monday, October 12 and ends November 22. You can pre-register by stopping into any YMCA Branch, mailing the completed registration form along with a check (make checks payable to the YMCA) or on-line at watertownymca.org. If you register after November 22 you will pay race day fees.

5K (3.1 Mile):
Member-$16 (includes t-shirt + running gloves + timing chip)
Non-Member-$20 (includes t-shirt + running gloves + timing chip)
1.9 Mile Run/Walk:
Member-$13 (includes t-shirt + running gloves)
Non-Member-$16 (includes t-shirt + running gloves)

Pre-registration Packet Pick-Up: Race packets will be available ONLY on EITHER Wednesday (November 25) from 1:00pm to 6:00pm OR Race Day (November 26) from 6:30am to 8:30am at the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints.

Race Day Schedule
6:30am-8:30am: Race Day Registration AND Pre-registration packet pick-up at the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints-Ives Street Road-Watertown NY
8:30am: Registration ENDS (no exceptions)
9:00am: 5K Race and 1.9 Fun Run/Walk begins
10:30am-11:15am: Family Challenge winners announced (you must be present to win!). Results also announced. Race Results will be posted on our website the day of the race. Go to watertownymca.org.

ATTENTION 5K RUNNERS
We will be using Chip Timing software. Fleet Feet of Syracuse (Yellow Jacket Racing) will be completing this task for us. Please be aware that the Chip used to time you MUST be returned to us at the end of the run.
ANY PERSON NOT RETURNING THE CHIP ASSIGNED TO THEM BY THE END OF THE RUN WILL BE CHARGED $90.00 FOR A REPLACEMENT BY YELLOW JACKET RACING.
