Program and Facility Usage
For your child's safety, children ages 6-12 can only be in the building when involved in supervised programs unless accompanied by a parent
Refund Policy
If notification of withdrawal is received 48 hours or more before the first class, a full refund will be issued, minus a $10.00 processing fee. If less than 48 hours notice is given before the first class, a 50% refund will be issued, minus a $10.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued later than the second class. Credits will be issued without the processing fee. The YMCA reserves the right to cancel a class in the event of insufficient enrollment, for which a refund will be issued if the child cannot be accommodated at another time.
Guest Policy
Watertown Family YMCA members are encouraged to bring guests. Members are given free guest passes upon purchasing a membership and must present these passes when bringing a guest for complimentary workout. Guests must register at the front desk and present a photo ID.
