YMCA Project Strong Communities celebrated its start. This program was made possible through the collaborative effort between the Watertown Family YMCA, Armed Services YMCA and Fort Drum.

To strengthen communities, military members and families through heightened awareness of resources within the North Country and to develop and provide programs which build strong kids, strong families and strong communities
YMCA Project Strong Communities
Our goal is to help families residing in Off Post Housing integrate into their respective communities. Our Liaisons are there to help connect you into the community in which you live. They are great resources and are very familiar with education, recreation, human services and Fort Drum information.
