Application

The Watertown Family YMCA is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the Department of Labor’s Youth Workforce Pathways Grant! This grant will enable the YMCA to expand its support for youth ages 14-21, with a special focus on reaching and empowering those who have historically been underserved in their communities. Our mission, through this initiative, is to provide greater access to essential resources such as skill development, workforce training, and job placement. By doing so, the YMCA aims to open doors to new opportunities and set local youth on a path to success in their future careers.

If you’re passionate about making a difference, join the YMCA team! You’ll collaborate with experienced staff in workforce development, leadership, and skills training to help shape the future of your community’s youth.

Together, we can create brighter futures for our youth!
