Roster Form

Get ready for our fun and friendly Adult Coed Volleyball League!
  
League play will consist of coed teams (min. 3 male, 3 female, max. 16 players) playing 6v6 format. The final week will be playoff games for eligible teams!

Registration is open to teams and individuals. Individuals looking to join a team should submit an Individual Player form to match you with a team.

CAPTAINS ENTERING A TEAM MUST must submit a completed roster form with full payment BY APRIL 27th..

Schedules will be available for pickup APRIL 28th after 5:00 PM and will be emailed to Captains, if an email address is provided.  
 

Mondays: 5:00 - 11:00 PM*
Games last approximately 1 hour

$325.00 per team

Water bottle   
Sneakers   
Athletic clothing   
Knee pads (suggested)   
Y volleyballs and nets provided

LEAGUE PLAY   
• 6 Weeks of regular season play   
• 1 Week of playoffs   
• Max roster of 16   
• Co-ed, min of 3 females/males   
• Games played in a 6 v 6 format
