At Watertown Family YMCA, we believe age is just a number—and growth is a lifelong journey. Join us for Healthy Aging Day, a fun, inspiring, and educational event designed to help you stay active, connected, and thriving at every stage of life.

What to Expect at Healthy Aging Day

Welcome & Vendors (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, YMCA Lobby)   
Kick off the day with morning snacks and explore resource tables from local organizations including the Watertown Senior Center, Alzheimer’s Association, Jefferson County Public Health, and more.

Membership Special   
Join on Healthy Aging Day and your joiner’s fee will be waived!

Educational Seminars & Fitness Demos
Learn and move with interactive sessions throughout the day:

Register for the following at Downtown Y Welcome Center 

  • Healthy Living for Your Brain & Body – Alzheimer’s Association (10:15 AM)

  • Understanding Hearing Loss & New Technology – Watertown Hearing Aid Center (11:00 AM)

  • Gentle fitness options including Arthritis Exercise, Tai Chi, Chair Yoga, and Water Walking

  • Pickleball Mini Clinic (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, limited spots)

Live Music (1:00 – 2:00 PM, YMCA Lobby)   
Enjoy a lively performance from La La La—nine women singing an uplifting mix of genres.

Member Mini Triathlon Challenge   
Swim, bike, and run your way through this fun challenge (400m swim, 10K bike, 2.5K run) for a chance to win prizes!
