BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE PICKLEBALL 2.0 - 2.9 is perfect for players looking to play in a group setting. This program allows players to rotate partners, challenge new opponents, and grow your game. 
 

• 20 - 24 Beginner / Intermediate pickleball players 
• 4 pickleball courts 
• 2 hours of play each week

Players are able to switch and rotate players and even establish a higher-level court that can be challenged. 

What is *2.0-2.9? This is a DUPR rating for players based on match results, score, & opponent strength. Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating is a free, algorithm-based, global, ranking system.

 Tennis Blast is a 60-minute cardio program that combines tennis skills and exercise routines.

The instructor feeds the ball into play and controls the tempo for drills and match points.

Between points,  elevate your heart rate with a ladder routine to get a complete workout!
