 The Watertown Family YMCA offers a 12-week program that gives you all the tools you need, including Cardio, strength training, and flexibility workouts, Quick tips to help you stay on track, and Weekly calendars to organize your workouts Ready to be Fit is structured but flexible enough to allow you to fit exercise sessions around your other commitments. This program is goal-based and meets two to three times per week. Learn how to build good habits and get fit in the wellness center at the Downtown YMCA.
