About Me
I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients from all walks of life. During my time in Colorado, I trained over 30 individuals, ranging from a 73-year-old retired runner to a 13-year-old high school volleyball player. My experience spans competitive athletes, powerlifters, and those simply looking to build strength and confidence in their everyday lives.
Training Style
As a strength and conditioning coach, I focus on intentional movement—especially the transition from stretch to flexion—to help clients build strength safely and effectively. I place a strong emphasis on the mind-body connection, helping clients better understand how their bodies move, perform, and recover.
Fun Fact
I competed in powerlifting from ages 26 to 35 and have personally recovered from major injuries, including torn pecs and herniated discs. That experience has shaped how I train—prioritizing resilience, proper form, and long-term strength.
