Discover the fundamentals of ceramics in Adult Ceramics 1, a six-week introductory course where students will explore both handbuilding and wheel throwing while learning essential techniques such as wedging, centering, pinch pots, coil and slab construction, trimming, surface decoration, and glazing.
Through demonstrations and guided practice, participants will create functional and decorative pieces while building confidence working with clay.
No prior experience needed - just a willingness to get your hands dirty and have fun!
All materials and kiln firings included.
ART IS MESSY! You should wear clothing that can come in contact with art materials.
