Join us at the Fairgrounds a for NINJA classes! Learn how to navigate our obstacle course while also honing climbing, jumping, and balance skills!

Ages: 18 Months-14 Years

Fairgrounds Times for Ninja

Age range: 18 Months-3 Years

Prerequisite: Parent/Caregiver actively participates with child

An introduction into physical activity that uses obstacle course in a fun and creative way to develop confidence and increase body awareness. Courses will include running, jumping, climbing, crawling, and balancing elements.

Ages- 3 - 5 Years

Prerequisites- Parent/ninja recommended

Obstacle courses provide a fun first solo experience which will develop confidence and increase body awareness. Courses will include running, jumping, climbing, crawling, and balancing elements. Athletes will be introduced to beginner cardio & strength games.

 

Ages 3 - 5 years

Continuing to build on skill progressions from Class A & Mini ninja obstacle training, this class is the best of both worlds. Avalanche athletes will safely learn gymnastics skills that can be incorporated into ninja obstacle courses. Age appropriate strength circuits will be taught to enhance skill development.

No experience necessary

Ages- 5 - 8 Years

This will be a beginner level class that uses an American Ninja Warrior style awareness.  The goal for Ninjas is to build an overall body awareness with strength and conditioning. Ninja uses obstacle courses as well as strength & cardio programs to enhance the development of physical fitness, co-ordination & agility.

No experience necessary

Ages- 8 - 14 Years

This will be a beginner level class that uses an American Ninja Warrior style awareness.  The goal for Ninjas is to build an overall body awareness with strength and conditioning. Ninja uses obstacle courses as well as strength & cardio programs to enhance the development of physical fitness, co-ordination & agility.

Ninja Strength & Flipping class will focus on proper, safe flipping techniques of handsprings, gainers, side somies. Coordinated strength development and air awareness technique will be taught to enhance safety.
