NASM–Certified National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer
I’ve been a certified personal trainer since May 2025, and I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients ages 16–78. I work with both women and men, and I always start with proper form and technique to build a strong foundation before progressing in weight and intensity.
My approach combines strength and flexibility training, with a strong focus on targeted form and the mind-muscle connection. I believe exercise should be fun and engaging, while also helping you better understand your body and how it moves.

Fitness has played a huge role in shaping who I am today. At one point, I weighed nearly 300 pounds and felt unhealthy and uncomfortable in my own skin. Through exercise, I transformed not just my body, but also my mindset and outlook on life. That journey is what drives me to help others create their own transformation.
Fun Fact:
I love hiking! I’m working toward completing all 46 High Peaks in the Adirondacks and hope to visit national parks across the country along the way.
