Get ready to run, pass, and score at Summer Flag Football 101! Stay active, make new friends, and learn cool skills and strategies for success on the field.
Whether you're new to the game or already love it, this program is designed to build confidence and burn energy while having a blast! Players will learn the fundamentals of the game including throwing, catching, flag pulling, teamwork, and basic game rules. Skills will be reinforced during small games and friendly scrimmages.
This class focuses on building confidence, developing skills, and most importantly, having fun while staying active with friends!
